I create content that is evergreen, iterable, chunkable, and can work as a suite or on its own. These five pieces were created individually as an interest-piquing infographic about UX pain points, a webinar deck, a conference presentation for a new B2B2C product launch, a sell sheet, and earned thought leadership. I then packaged them for a customer marketing upsell campaign. Together with in-product advertising and a nurture campaign, they took customers on a journey through the marketing funnel and from product launch to user education to purchase. (The BOFU pricing sheets were handled by the sales team.)

The GrowthLoop composable customer data platform can sit atop any enterprise data warehouse. The copywriting challenge was to differentiate partner marketing materials for agnostic software whose functionality remains constant whether it’s paired with Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or another data source. The key lay in foregrounding—where appropriate—each partner’s messaging, voice, differentiators, and value props.
